Imagined Worlds, Drawn by Hand
Selected Works
Every map and illustration on this page is created entirely by hand — no shortcuts, no generators, no templates. My work blends traditional cartographic sensibilities with fine-art illustration, aiming to capture the tone, history, and hidden stories of the worlds they depict.
What you see here represents my personal artistic voice: bold shapes, natural textures, layered details, and a focus on atmosphere. These maps are not simply navigational tools — they are narrative pieces meant to stand on their own, inviting readers deeper into the world they accompany.
More works will be added regularly as I continue building new maps and illustrations for my own creative projects and select clients. If you feel that my hand-drawn style fits the vision of your book or world, I would be honored to discuss a custom piece.
Watcher’s Reach
Hand-drawn in a richly illustrated style, this regional map blends cartography with narrative art. The surrounding panels capture the spirit and character of the land, while the map itself emphasizes mood, atmosphere, and the hidden stories woven into its terrain.
The Greater Flambeau Valley
An illustrated regional map capturing the natural character and quiet landmarks of northern Wisconsin. Hand-drawn with layered textures and expressive linework, this piece blends cartography with fine-art illustration to honor the landscape’s history, wildlife, and local identity.
Sorathine
A hand-drawn black-and-white regional map of Sorathine, featuring detailed ink linework, stippled coastlines, and story-rich landmarks. This piece showcases my traditional illustration process—mountain ranges, forests, rivers, settlements, and ancient ruins rendered entirely by hand to create a cohesive, readable, and atmospheric fantasy setting that will look incredible printed inside a book.
